The EnRich Coaching team is a coalition of independent professional coaches with a history in different facets of education. Working together, we share knowledge and resources. Together we celebrate the "ups" and support through the "downs", offering each other insights, wisecracks and baked goods as needed. For clients, this amounts to a foundation of wisdom and experience that supports each individual coach and informs every coaching session.
Pam McFarlane launched EnRich Coaching for Educators in May 2022. A passionate believer in the importance of motivating and equipping educators so that they, in turn, can motivate and equip their students for life, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a warm personal touch to her coaching sessions.
Pam Willemse broadened the spectrum of knowledge within the EnRich Coaching team, with her background in education, training and internal quality assurance. Her passion for coaching educators is built on a solid foundation of experience within primary and secondary schools.
