The three Early Years specialists on the EnRich team have nearly 100 years of experience in education and coaching between them! We love to train teachers and leaders in Early Years practice and theory.

We offer a range of established courses, each designed to draw specific skills out of different members of a team of educators, from staff to senior managers. These courses range from a wide-angle approach to equipping managers to highly focused training designed for specific needs.

Our bespoke courses are custom-designed to suit the unique needs of specific settings.

Courses for Early Years Educators

We have developed our courses based on needs we’ve encountered, and understanding we’ve developed, through serving our Early Years clients.

We’ve identified and responded to several specific needs. For example:

  • Managers are most effective when they lead their teams through coaching rather than either micromanaging, at one extreme, or remote control at the other.
  • Grief and loss, as well as stress, have become an intrinsic part of the educator’s reality. We can provide practical guidance in coping with these and other stressors.
  • Children are set up for long-term success if their early years at school take place in an enriched environment based on a clearly defined ethos.
