We offer face-to-face and online tutor training for educators and leaders. We also train leaders to become effective coaches, able to impart knowledge while building the confidence and enthusiasm among their team members.
You control the process. Our role is to guide, advise and encourage.
Our coaching approach begins with discussing what coaching is and how it can be applied within a leadership role. Then we narrow our focus to your and your organisation’s specific needs.
